I was at the high-resolution video that is activated when the motion sensor detects motion. I get an instant notice on my Android phone as well as a video recording. This has a free basic lifetime storage option but elected to install a 128 gig SD drive to store the recordings. The included indoor wireless chime a long range signal that works very well. The camera is well-built and the battery lasts for several weeks without recharging. The instructions are clear, and it is very easy to set-up and configure. Overall it is a nice door bell camera that works great. I picked up this doorbell camera mainly as a backup. My kids like to run in and out of the backyard, and every so often the sliding door gets shut in a way that they can’t open it again. I wanted a simple way to check on things out there without spending too much money, so I wasn’t chasing a big brand name this time around. Setting it up was pretty straightforward. The hardware went in easily enough, but the instructions left me scratching my head a few times. They’re not as clear or intuitive as I’d like. I’ve set up Ring cameras before, and honestly, those walk you through the process in a much smoother way. With this one, I had to tinker a little to get it right. One thing I did notice during setup was the privacy disclosures. It’s worth slowing down and reading those carefully to make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re agreeing to. Since this camera points into my backyard, I’m not too concerned about who might be able to see the footage. If it were facing my front door or inside the house, I might think differently about that. Once it was up and running, though, I’ve been pretty pleased. The video quality looks good, crisp enough that I can see what’s going on without issue. The doorbell itself is nice and loud, which is great for those times when I don’t have my phone on me to catch the app notification. For the price I paid, it feels like it does the job well, even if it doesn’t have the same polished feel of a higher-end option. In short, this isn’t the flashiest or most user-friendly camera I’ve owned, but it works for the purpose I bought it for. If you’re looking for something simple and affordable to keep an eye on a spot like your backyard, this one is a decent choice.

I have reviewed many of these doorbell cameras and each one gets better than the last, this has been upgraded inside and out. The response from the press of the doorbell button to the app is very quick. A few other models have a delay and in some cases you miss your visitor. The head to toe view is very important with so many of us having deliveries often and knowing you can see them even when on the ground is a very important feature. The clarity is on par with expensive cameras. Installation and app synchronization is very straightforward and simple. All in all this is a must have for your home or business. As you can tell we have stray cats that depend on us and rather than be surprised by them we can see them before we open the door. Cat approved and human supported. Cheers!!

It has great picture quality, even at night. It has a head-to-toe view, so I can see everything at my doorstep. With the AI-powered motion detection, I don't have many false alerts. There's also a built-in siren that you can activate from your phone for an extra layer of security. The doorbell is also weatherproof, so it doesn't lose the picture in bad weather.
