This is a great product. I mean great, The issue is the screws it comes with will eventually rip themselves out. Make sure you take mounting screws to Home Depot (for reference) and buy two inch ones.. Make sure you get them into wood not just sheet rock.

The attached electric lock had a round pin head inside that would come loose every two weeks, causing the door to not lock and strangers/delivery men could just push it open. We had to hire a mechanic to permanently secure the pin to the electric lock. We are an apartment building with over 150 residents and we use the automatic door opener over 100 times a day.

This is not Wi-Fi, much less Alexa enabled, will not unlatch the doorknob, and is not well supported by a typical residential wooden door frame. This is not at all what was advertised. The only difference it has made is that it makes the door more difficult to manually open.

We recently installed (2) 120B units on a double door unit. The closers are top quality units that are very straight forward to install. The tricky part is to have them work simultaneously off a single button or fob. That programming is not in the manual. But a call to the customer service contact solved this immediately. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He walked us through the wiring and programming and set up the units to work as they should.

I used this product for an interior door. The installation was straight forward and easy. I had an issue with a part after about six months of use and reached out to the company about it. The media could not be loaded. I recieved it at about 2pm and by 6pm this was my result. Set up of the opener was easy. I did attach this to a murphy door that is not the same thickness of a normal door, i just made sure the track was in the correct place to slide so that the door could fully open and close.

Not too difficult to install and program. Works great, as description states. Very useful for opening the door, holding it open and closing. Customizable with different opening speeds and hold open times. Great for disabled and elderly. Secure and well made. Would recommend for anyone who needs a door opener for whatever reason. Disblabled and elderly would need someone to install for them. Awesome product!
