This year we purchased this, a tractor, husky (the orange brand) chainsaw, weedeater, zero turn mower, wood chipper, brush hog and goats to clear off property we inherited. This little chainsaw has been my favorite. It is lightweight, the battery lasts longer than I do, and the chain lasted an entire month of daily use. It came with a spare chain and tools which I appreciated because I was able to do maintenance myself without involving the husband. First time out and it's a wonder tool. Needed to add oil and despite screwing the reservoir tight, leaked all over the battery and under it's housing. But what you pay I'd what you get. Wasn't planning for this to last years since it's made in China, bit if you have small projects it will do it and cut right thru! Easy to handle for a girl too ... show more

I would have given this saw 5 stars if it were not for that fact that it does not have a quick stop feature. When you let go of the trigger the chain will make about a full revolution before coming to a stop. I used my saw to trim up some lower branches on 3 trees. Ran for about a half hour and cut branches up to 3 inched in diameter with no problems. Battery still still ran saw at full speed and recharged in about 30 minutes. I had no problems with the chain but did notice that it needed to be slightly tightened when I was done. Great little saw and I would recommend it to any homeowner. I also have a large gasoline saw but this job was so small that I did not want to deal with fueling and starting my Stihl. I plan to get another for my daughter as I am sure she will use it and enjoy it as much as I have mine. ... show more
