Great replacement robot for our pool. Our original expensive robot went out after 3 years. This one cost 600 less than the one that came with our pool. We found this combo set on Amazon and it works better than our original robot. It climbs the walls like it’s supposed to and the storage caddy makes for easy storage. Cleaning the filter on the Dolphin Nautilus CC pro is super easy. The basket comes out of the top so none of the having to flip the machine over to access the basket. I recommend this for anyone needing to replace a robot or looking for a better one.

If you receive your caddy in a bundle and you have some parts missing and you call Maytronics to get some replacement parts that were not packaged in the Maytronics box. They will inform you that you need to contact Amazon and put everything back in the box and ship it back, Instead of just sending you the parts that Maytronics didn't send you in the first place. Wouldn't it be easier if I just made the parts myself? What more can I do to fix their screwup?

Too easy 1-2-3 and it's cleaning from the floor to the side tiles, where it lingers just like a manatee begging for lettuce (we miss those good old times). I bought the pro for the big basket (live oak leaf shedding season here) and glad I did for this one. The operation, app, seller, peace of mind... no complaints. Take a minute to uncoil the wire out of the box. I was too rushed and made Celtic knots. Once loose, it won't happen again. I haven't put the cart together yet but will update this when I do.

This is my second summer with the Nautilus CC Pro. I’ve been nothing but pleased. Then at the worst time, w/ my husband coming home from the hospital, it stopped working. As soon as we got settled in, I contacted Maytronics. They immediately responded w/ a detailed troubleshoot guide and video, if I needed. In less than 10 minutes it was up and running again. I’m so happy I chose Dolphin and I recommend Maytronics to all my friends and even strangers.lolI I’ve I had my pool for over 40yrs and Polaris was my go to but not from now on. Customer support response is above and beyond. FYI, I am 78 yrs old.

This vacuum does not clean shaped pools. We have a pool shaped as a bear, it would start up the wall and miss the lower part of the wall. I think it would work okay if pool was rectangle and walls were not round.

Have been using the sweeper for about a month now. For a kidney shaped pool is does well but it's not perfect. Our pool size is around 20x40. For what ever reason, no matter where you start the sweeper it will not clean the entire pool. Probably 98% is the best it'll do. So, using a pool broom you can move the missed spots to the areas it will clean and everything is fine. Also, it cannot clean tanning ledges or areas where the unit is not totally submerged. Seems to do a great job of getting the tile line. The filter is great...Easy to clean and catches even the finest sand. No need to purchase the finer micron filter. The MyDolphin Plus app has a manual drive section. I've used it both in Wifi and Bluetooth modes. The sweeper will not turn left or right, just forward and backward at best. The app is worthless for that function and needs improvement as I thought it would be able to hit the missed areas mentioned previously. The cart seems a little flimsy but is nice to house the unit, hose and power supply. Overall, a really nice unit. I would recommend to anyone needing a pool sweeper.
