I'm giving 5 stars because the directions were clear, you just follow the steps. There's no guesswork. I haven't seen much results yet, but thats because the water is extremely bad from not being opened in a few years. I anticipated I might need two kits, but sometimes it takes a couple days for a surfactant to work. It's pretty murky. I'll keep draining about 25% and adding it back fresh, combined with these kits (skipping a few of the steps because I don't need some of the levels to be 5x overkill), until I win. BUT, if I didn't have those problems, this kit would be a gem. If you just have a normal seasonal situation that doesn't look like Chernobyl, this is the stuff.
