Product was as advertised. We are very satisfied with the 2 we received. We have washed them several times and have no issues. They have held up well, retain their shape and color and the velcro areas still function. Everyone loved seeing our dog in his striped surgical pajamas. The dog loved them and was very comfortable throughout his recovery from surgery, so much nicer than the dreaded cone and prevented him from getting to the surgery location. I think he was a bit sad when he was all healed and didn't need to wear them anymore. Highly recommend this product. Sizing was perfect. Bonus is that we now have them on hand should we ever need rhem again. Price was great for this product

Like most dogs we came home with the plastic cone and our dog hated it so we got a more flexible cone and our dog still hated that and was uncomfortable. Somebody recommended a surgical suit for dogs so I decided to look on Amazon and found this one could be shipped to me the next day. I like that it came in a two pack. I was nervous about the sizing because our boy is almost 90 pounds. He has a Bernese mountain dog so we got the XXL. It actually fits him perfectly, and he doesn’t seem to be bothered by it. He’s actually enjoying wearing it and running around the house with it and it’s kept him from going at his stitches. Highly recommend if your dog has to get neutered

Worked out better than I could have hoped for my very large goldendoodle--who is terrified of the Cone of Shame--following neutering. He's an incessant chewer/licker, but this performed admirably. No chewing, no licking, no emergency trips to the vet. It's a nice, lightweight t-shirt-type material, easy to get on. XXL provided the length he needed to fit without creating friction to sensitive areas, and the 2-pack allows for washing one while he's wearing the other. Excellent value, considering how miserable he would have been without it.

The media could not be loaded. Our boy looked so cute in this! Just know the measures you need. I handed one to the surgeon before surgery and he wore one for 3 weeks after. He is very comfortable in it! The stretch is fine! The material is durable for us and easy to put on and take off. The Velcro is durable and performed as it should. It was safe for our pup cause he could not lick his wound (make sure Velcro is on top of pelvis for male dogs, the straps should go between legs, under the tail and fasten on top of his back). We fold and tuck the straps when he has to pee.

Purchased this for my pup following a splenectomy with a long abdominal incision. He despises the use of a cone or donut and can’t get comfortable enough to sleep wearing them and tries to remove them- highly anxious with them. These were a life saver. It prevented him from licking his incision, kept the surgical site clean, and he was comfortable wearing it. He never once tried to get it off or get under the fabric. Rolling it up to use the bathroom was simple (didn’t need to Velcro it, just rolled it up and it stayed in place so he could pee and poop). Having a two pack was also very nice because he always has a clean one to wear while the other was being washed. Great buy at a great price! For reference, I got the one for 25-40 lbs. My pup is a beagle, weighs about 36 lbs and there’s plenty of room left.

I ordered these to have extras on hand, as my lab had intestinal surgery. He started showing anxiety and pain symptoms and when I took it off of him, he was fine. I thought we were having complications from surgery, but he was uncomfortable. The shape and size were good that is why I gave it stars, was well as the price. I'm sure it's just like people, some materials are more comfortable than others. The other one I had was much softer and less restricting and it was more expensive.

Our boy dog absolutely loved this. We were trying to find other alternative cones over the one we received from the vet after his neuter. He’s a very big boy, so the cone was HUGE & he was so terrified of it. We managed to get it on once but he kept bumping into everything and freaking out. We tried the inflatable donuts as well and he was still able to reach his incision. We’re so happy we found this because he gave no problems at all trying to put it on. He seemed really comfortable in it & actually liked having it on. Also very easy to remove for when he needed to use the bathroom. The way it was designed was so well thought out & we’re so glad to have found this. It gave the perfect amount of protection. The Velcro is also extremely strong, but thin. So I would suggest holding the Velcro itself while pulling it apart versus ripping the material because the material would probably rip before the Velcro does.
