So far the only issue I have is one of the hooks that latch the zippers it broke already. If they use a a heavy duty metal for the zipper it would’ve been 100/10. Also need the pockets on both sides. Perfect size for my Yorkie puppy...her bed, bowls, pads, and toys are all there. The top of unzipped since she's too small to get out, and unless I'm not there with her, the door is always unzipped. She goes in and out to eat, drink, and nap. It's just right and great product

It worked perfectly for litter of kittens and mom. Very well built, light weight but very sturdy. Quality of material, zippers every thing about it is very much worth having. Cleans easily and packs away easily. Simple to put together and take apart. Very pleased!

Fairly easy to assemble, a lot of small tube-type pieces to link together, and you have to stretch fabric at times to get this put together. As other reviewers stated, you likely won't be taking this apart to store and re-assemble each time you use it! I think it would be too tedious! I leave it assembled, in a back room. It is fairly sturdy and very lightweight. It takes up about one-half of the cargo space in the RAV4. The bottom lining is all nylon type fabric; you will need blankets or padding for your pet. I like that it has zippered doors on both of the larger sides. I have a large tabby cat and he fit just fine in it, with room for a smaller litter box, a sleeping pad, and his food bowls. I purchased the smaller one and knew it was tight to put together at the corners but liked it so got the larger one for my dog. Just about lost my mind trying to put it together as I think the topside material is not the correct measurements. The pipes are all the same size but when I tried to connect the long top piping, it was too long to fit into the corners. When I put it single into the corners without the middle connector, I could see that there was no way they would fit into the middle connector (what I am trying to show in the photo). No wonder my arms are sore from trying to get the long top pipe into the corner joint. May cut the pipes so they will fit into the connector but what a pain!! So disappointing after having luck with the smaller pen. ... show more

It’s fairly durable, but the 2 month old toy poodle has the floor pulled back in one area already. From my experience, will not order again. I’m looking in another direction to replace it.
