Holy moly! I seriously had big doubts. The treatment don't smell like anything. It calls for a cap full for 8 Oz of water. We have a large foutain so we put 3 caps. Let me tell you. My doggos breath smelled like rotten fish. (He don't eat fish products, and he gets plenty of water) I never had a dog with such aweful breath. I purchased him many different things claiming to help, nothing did. I took him to the vet, they told me to offer more water, and to make sure it was filtered or bottled as our local water is rather hard. Nothing was working. Even our cat had bad breath. This stuff literally smells like nothing. I honestly thought it was a gimmick. But while getting ready to write my review I asked my pup for "kisses" cringing over the smell I feared. But no. It smelled like nothing. Not good not bad, not nothing. I then picked up the cat who meows when being picked up and nothing! I don't know what's in this stuff, but it's working. And I also did notice (we have 2 dogs, 1 had breath that was aweful, the others urine was aweful, and again the vet said he was fine) it even helped with the other 1s urine not smelling as strong. Maybe that's mind over matter, but I can say for certain their breath is so much more tolerable. I'm very happy. My Doo loves to give kisses. (I don't allow him to lick my face, but I will let him "kiss" my hand) and I can allow him to do that again! 5 stars. Worth every single penny! Will definitely get more when this runs out!

I'm reviewing this BuddyCheer Pet Dental Water Additive a bit prematurely since it will take several months before I can be sure this additive has an effect on my cat's gums and issues with tartar and plaque. I can say that I've noticed her breath is less offensive in just the 3 days that I've been adding it to her water. I've made no other changes to her diet or daily routine so this is a definite plus that I can only attribute to this water additive. For a sense of security and to combat possible leaking, the bottle arrives in shrink-wrapped plastic with a plug after removing the cap. It's so easy to use - I fill my cat's water bowl with about 6 ounces of water and top it with a little more than 1/2 a cap-full of the additive. This clear liquid has no odor or taste (I had to know 🤷🏼♀️ so yeah, I tasted it, lol). Neither of my cats seem to be aware of any addition to the water bowl. Fingers crossed they get the full benefit of this product.

I give my dog dental bones and lots of chewy toys supposedly good for dental health, but still he was getting some browning in certain areas. He made it QUITE clear, the doggie toothbrush was NOT going to happen. And the chicken flavored tooth wipes (that you wear on your finger) can't really get into all the narrow areas of the mouth. Although he did enjoy the taste... but it basically just seemed like I was rubbing chicken flavored cleaner on the front of his teeth... This stuff is really easy to use. 1 cap to 1 cup water. It has no flavor or odor. In fact I was concerned because my dog is both picky and very suspicious of EVERYTHING. I was worried he might he able to somehow sense there was a change in his water. Nope! Already refilled the bowl and had no problems. I've only been using it for a little while but I'm sure if I keep using this together with our regular dental bone routine, I'll soon start to see a more noticeable improvement. If not, I will absolutely change this review! But so far it seems all good~ UPDATE: okay one small issue... the instructions actually tell you to only administer ONE dose per day. Which is kind of weird because I'm not sure how to make him drink a cup of water all at once. So I just fill the bowl with one cup/dose and keep and eye on it until he decides to drink it all before filling it up again. A little less convenient than just keeping it constantly full of dosed water. But whatever works!

After my dog required a dental cleaning, I asked our Veterinarian what I could do to prevent her having to have this done again. He suggested that I try using dental water additives as well as cleaning her teeth with dental wipes. I ordered Buddy Cheer Fresh Breath but was concerned that my very picky dog would not drink the water with this in it. There was no need for me to worry as she drinks her water just as she always did. It has a nice clean smell and Zoë has a nicer fresh breath! I can't attest to the effectiveness yet of the tartar reduction but I feel sure it is better than not using anything at all!

Just started giving this to my fur baby. He is almost 8 years old and a yorkie. This breed is known to have very bad gums and teeth. I was told to start early on with keeping his teeth, clean and brushing them was not even an option! My poor baby thought that I was hurting him. After doing research, I heard this was the way to go. So easy! And you get 16 ounces which will last you a very long time. No odor or taste so when he drinks his water, he doesn’t even know it’s in there. The formula is supposed to clean the plaque of his teeth just as well as a toothbrush wood. He also seems to be drinking more water ever since I started using this, which is great. I must admit after just a few sips his breath started smelling a little better. The bottle came packaged with a safety seal so you know that it was not opened. And when you open the bottle, there’s a safety stop that will also keep the bottle fresh as you go along. 1 cap to 8 ounces of water, you can’t ask for anything easier!

My dog doesn’t mind this breath freshener in his water. He has been using a different brand for a few months before we switched to this one. His breath has remained fresh. These rinses really do freshen their breath. I wish I knew about this stuff when my dog was a puppy, as he has had years for tartar to build up and I feel like it could’ve been prevented with this type of product. I’m using it now to put the breaks on more tartar build up and freshen his breath. The immediate thing I notice after using these is that his breath doesn’t smell. I can’t tell if it’s actually stopping the tartar.. it I hope it is!
