Great tumbler press and excellent customer service. Setup was simple, the instructions were easy to follow, and you can be making your first cup within minutes of unboxing it. The interchangeable attachments make it easy to work with different tumbler sizes. I did have an issue with one of the heating elements, but the BetterSub team responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. They stood behind their product and made the process easy. Overall, I’m very happy with both the machine and the support I received. Highly recommend!

This is the best mug press that I have ever used. I had one before Hurricane Ian and lost it due to the hurricane. Replaced it with a couple of different brands and was not satisfied with the results, ended up sending them back. Finally bought BetterSub again and I wish I had just bought it to begin with. Everything functions just as it should and my project turned out great. Heated fast, timing was perfect, very easy to set up and operate. Overall, a very good press for the price, great for home use. I don't think I will stray from the BetterSub brand again. Customer support is very responsive and easy to work with.

I already loved my purple press, but just upgraded to this one with the new 40oz Tumbler attachment. I tested it immediately after it arrived and it worked PERFECT! I first did a 20 oz tumbler to be sure of time and temp, then made a 40oz. That one was a bit tricky because of its size. I didn't realize just HOW BIG that cup and attachment is! 😆 It was a bit awkward fitting the bottom portion of the tumbler in the press, but I got it done. I'm sure with some more practice it will come second nature. The time and temp in the instructions works great. 365 degrees for 45 seconds. Then open and rotate the tumbler and do another 45 seconds. Great results every time. One thing I'd recommend is to do your design about 1/2" from the handle. I didn't think about the little metal pieces for the handle sticking out and had my image wrap completely around the top of the 40oz Tumbler. It's ok. That one is for me. Note, there is a smell with sublimation. This will happen regardless of the press your using. I put a window fan in my window and have it blow the air out. I didn't know that going into sublimation, so just be ready to have your area well ventilated. As with all my Bettersub products, this heat press is top notch! I've had a 15x16 heat press from them for 3 years and it works perfect. I'm sure this tumbler press will last a long time too. I will be a crafting fool for a long time using it! 😁

I’m so happy with this BetterSub pink tumbler heat press! It’s not only super cute in color but also very easy to use. The temperature and time settings are accurate, and my sublimation prints come out vibrant and flawless every time. It heats evenly, which makes a huge difference in the quality of my tumblers. The size is perfect for 20oz tumblers and it feels sturdy and well made. I’ve been using it almost daily for my small business, and it has saved me so much time compared to using an oven or wraps. If you’re into sublimation, this machine is a must-have—especially if you love pink like I do. Totally recommend it! Definitely worth my money .
