This is the best mug press that I have ever used. I had one before Hurricane Ian and lost it due to the hurricane. Replaced it with a couple of different brands and was not satisfied with the results, ended up sending them back. Finally bought BetterSub again and I wish I had just bought it to begin with. Everything functions just as it should and my project turned out great. Heated fast, timing was perfect, very easy to set up and operate. Overall, a very good press for the price, great for home use. I don't think I will stray from the BetterSub brand again. Customer support is very responsive and easy to work with.

I will say I was on the edge when I was picking out a press machine this last time I purchased one. This Bettersub machine has surprised me in everyway. It has surpassed my expectations. It is built very great with sturdy parts, the heating element is built well, heats up fast, and the pressure knobs are easily to work with than previous machines I've had. Overall I love this machine it presses wonderfully and makes beautiful cups. I've pressed with all heating elements and ease of use and ease of changing heating elements make it a super plus on my scale. I've pressed 16oz up to 40oz and I've got superb results Everytime, and not a bit of ghosting.

The media could not be loaded. I already loved my purple press, but just upgraded to this one with the new 40oz Tumbler attachment. I tested it immediately after it arrived and it worked PERFECT! I first did a 20 oz tumbler to be sure of time and temp, then made a 40oz. That one was a bit tricky because of its size. I didn't realize just HOW BIG that cup and attachment is! 😆 It was a bit awkward fitting the bottom portion of the tumbler in the press, but I got it done. I'm sure with some more practice it will come second nature. The time and temp in the instructions works great. 365 degrees for 45 seconds. Then open and rotate the tumbler and do another 45 seconds. Great results every time. One thing I'd recommend is to do your design about 1/2" from the handle. I didn't think about the little metal pieces for the handle sticking out and had my image wrap completely around the top of the 40oz Tumbler. It's ok. That one is for me. Note, there is a smell with sublimation. This will happen regardless of the press your using. I put a window fan in my window and have it blow the air out. I didn't know that going into sublimation, so just be ready to have your area well ventilated. As with all my Bettersub products, this heat press is top notch! I've had a 15x16 heat press from them for 3 years and it works perfect. I'm sure this tumbler press will last a long time too. I will be a crafting fool for a long time using it! 😁

I received a faulty unit and contacted the manufacturer of this press and they IMMEDIATELY offered to send out a new machine to replace it that day, no questions asked (I did provide photos and an explanation of the problem). In addition, they provided me with some very costly freebies just for my troubles, which arrived the same day as my replacement. The customer service with this company is impeccable, second to none. My new press made cup making so effortless and perfectly done. I definitely would purchase this press 10 times over.

It worked great for about 15 coffee mugs and now it does not heat up. UPDATE: I let the company know that the attachment stopped working. They contacted me very quickly. I had great communications with them, I explained what the problem was, sent them pictures and a video. They didn't just replace the attachment they replaced the entire press.
