The selling point for me was the ease of installing and adjusting the tension of the chain, which was quite different from dealing with my previous saw that finally wore out. The product came well packaged, the chain was already installed and the battery was fully charged. All I had to do was add a bit of oil, and it was ready to go. The lock/unlock buttons on both sides of the handle seem a bit awkward, where just one would do the job, but that I can live with. So far, I’ve used it on limbs up to 3” in diameter with no problems. super easy to use and comes with lots of accessories, i dislike the lack of stability handle and the part where the battery attaches broke off when it dropped so its not very heavy duty but for the price this thing is awesome. the chain comes a bit loose but the instructions tell you everything you need to know to fix it up, i havent charged it since it arrived and ive used it several times over a few days and still has full battery ... show more
