The selling point for me was the ease of installing and adjusting the tension of the chain, which was quite different from dealing with my previous saw that finally wore out. The product came well packaged, the chain was already installed and the battery was fully charged. All I had to do was add a bit of oil, and it was ready to go. The lock/unlock buttons on both sides of the handle seem a bit awkward, where just one would do the job, but that I can live with. So far, I’ve used it on limbs up to 3” in diameter with no problems. Arrived packaged perfectly. One problem is that the plastic bottle for putting oil into the chainsaw did not have a way to fill it other than to pinch the bottle and suck in the oil. I used this mini chainsaw to cut up some roots left over in last year's grow bags. Now I can use them to enrich another garden area.
