Had some difficulties getting the chain back on after cleaning it because a lot of sawdust gets inside. Otherwise, no complaints. I would like to buy a case since I failed to buy the set. Do you all sell a case separately?

The selling point for me was the ease of installing and adjusting the tension of the chain, which was quite different from dealing with my previous saw that finally wore out. The product came well packaged, the chain was already installed and the battery was fully charged. All I had to do was add a bit of oil, and it was ready to go. The lock/unlock buttons on both sides of the handle seem a bit awkward, where just one would do the job, but that I can live with. So far, I’ve used it on limbs up to 3” in diameter with no problems. The battery life has lasted well, helping me to complete my projects without having to stop and recharge along the way. I highly recommend this product to others. ... show more

I purchased this after using my neighbors last year. It was the same name, look etc however mine must be a defective or unimproved model as I did not use until a few weeks ago and it ate the chain" after a few uses. I was able to pound it back into shape and got a few more cuts- then the fixing became more time than the use. And yet- my neighbor's unit, now a few years old, still works. I was able to use his far longer then my "NEW" one. It needs a new part that the chain attaches to and yet not easy to reach the seller if after the return period.
