These are perfect. A little tight but that's because my ankle and foot are still swollen from having ankle surgery on the 17th. Since I'm wearing a boot all the time now I wanted something to cover the steri-strips and bandaids covering the incisions besides the Ace wrap I've been using. They're still really sensitive and wearing the boot constantly rubs up against them and it hurts. Wearing these underneath a thicker sock are perfect and feels a lot better.

I bought this and another type and liked this one a lot more, i twisted my ankle and its been really sore but its giving me really good support and keeping the swelling and pain down. It was a lil too tight when i first put it on but after taking it on and off and adjusting/ stretching the ends a little it’s perfect it just kinda had to break in.

I bought these for my son. He says that just to where around the house they are very comfortable and fit quite well. He does not recommend them to be worn with shoes since it isn’t a regular sock. The open toe will widen as you walk in shoes and the whole thing will become uncomfortably positioned. The product is well made with good materials so he wears them exclusively for relaxing at home. And yes he would buy them again and does recommend them for that purpose.

This is the second pair of these I've bought, and the quality and function of these is pretty great. I bought my first pair when I was suffering from Achilles tendon pain. I have a partial tear that I'll eventually need to get repaired, but I just don't have the time for that right now. I put these on and within a half hour, the pain was greatly lessened and I could walk without constant pain again. I was motivated to buy the second pair because I needed a back-up set as I've been recovering from tearing all the ligaments in my ankle. Recovery has been slow and extremely painful. Nearly 4 months on and I'm still in tons of pain and my ankle is still swollen and completely unstable. The compression sock and brace the doc gave me wasn't providing a lot of support, but these sleeves are definitely a step up in that department. Yes, I still have some pain, but it's much less than without the compression sleeve. I have way more support and stability as well. I can wear these and do my food shopping and errands with less exhaustion and overall pain afterwards. As a tool for recovery, if you're got ankle or Achilles issues then you're going to want to give these a shot. They're made to last, and well worth the price. The only criticism I can make is that after several hours of wear (like 8-10) I start to feel a little pinching around the ball of the foot. That's probably going to happen with any product like this, so be reasonable and give your foot a break when it lets you know you need one.

After trying another product that had a shorter foot length, I found that they controlled ankle swelling but allowed swelling in the space at the base of my toes. I tried these because they are pictured as coming all the way to the base of the toes, and they are exactly as pictured. The compression helped my swelling as I do sit in a chair in front of a computer for many hours with my job. They were also pretty comfortable, and not excessively tight. These worked well to control my foot and ankle swelling.

I bought a small. I'm 5'2" and 150 pounds. The small is just way too tight. I feel like it's cutting off the circulation. I bought a large figuring the medium would not be that much bigger than the small. The large does not cut off my circulation and offers decent compression but the toe hole is quite large and slips up my foot toward my heel. Walking on the edge of the toe hole- the edge is thick and it's uncomfortable to walk on. It won't stay near my toes. So, I am happier with the compression of the large but the toe hole is large too and won't stay near my toes. If you are not planning to walk with these on, and just wear them during TV time, they are great. Walking with them on, not so much.
