I got this in August of 2024. This is a terrible laptop. It sets itself on capital letters and won't release it. Sometimes the scroll feature works, sometimes it doesn't. The main problem is the Time and Date feature doesn't work. I set it every time I log on and then several times during the day, it is just useless. Sometimes I'll be typing and the shortcut keys are activated for no reason. This laptop is FULL of glitches and it is SO annoying and time consuming to keep resetting. I've tried the solutions but nothing has helped. I hate MSN and I can get it off for a day, but it always comes back as my home page. The sliding screen keeps covering my main screen for no reason (what a stupid function). Don't waste your money on this piece of crap. ... show more

Didn't have high expectations due to the low price. It is only day one, but it works great! I can stream netflix, check email, and use Word. I mostly got it because I have an old chromebook that would not allow me to download Microsoft Word. And this comes with one year free Microsoft Word (that costs $100 separately, which was the only reason I was willing to try this. So bottom line, works great so far! It does have a cheap feel.
