I was very skeptic about the performance of this unit when I received it. So much that it took me about 3 weeks before I put it together.. It came in a pretty small box and looked like it needed alot of assembly but in reality its 4 screws to screw on the top handle and the cord wrap in the back.. took me under 5 minutes and they even included a screwdriver. I hooked this up to my hose and an extension cord and was up running within another 5 minutes... So I would say that from the time you open the box, you could be washing down the porch in 10 minutes. This thing has some good pressure to it. I was concerned it was going to peel paint but luckily its not that powerful with 1 exception that I found. I used this to clean the bricks around all my planting beds and all the stepping stones in my front yard.. then came the part I really got it for... my cats started using the front of my garage next to the door as a personal dumping and urination grounds.. I hadnt realized that my kids were not doing litter box duty like they are supposed to do so my cats took over part of the garage... It needed pressure washed... That was the only place that paint came with it.. I have my garage floor painted with an epoxy coating and all the urine destroyed part of it.. I used this washer and all the paint underneath came up with it... I didnt mind tho because in the end.. no more urine and cat poop all over that area... I also used this on my driveway.. Huge difference.. and also made me realize that i need something more powerful than this one at only 1400 psi. It washes the top dirt off really well with the fan spray. But if I use pinpoint and put the nozzle 3" away from the surface it removed deep seated dirt from over the years and restores that original white look.. Unfortunately, it would probably take me a month or more to do the entire driveway with this unit, so I will be upgrading when I have the money to a higher pressure gas unit... but in the meantime for normal washing of the outside of my house this is all anyone really needs.... And the price is decent with a current list price of about $110 her on amazon VS $350+ for the heavy duty gas powered units..

The 1813 PSI pressure washer by DNA Motoring is a functional pressure washer at the bottom end of the price scale, but it quickly becomes obvious that you have chosen to buy the cheap model. If you’re looking for an entry level model or will rarely use it, this model is worth your consideration. For everyone else, pick a better model. (explained below) What I like: I. Functionality – Despite the negatives I talk about later, it works and it’s gotten the job done fairly well. You get all the basic parts you’ll need to pressure wash a driveway or car and be able to get the job done for a fairly good price. Although, I’ve seen others for about $25 USD cheaper sometimes. II. Decent Pressure – The pressure was good and achieved the job without too much extra effort. At a max PSI of 1813, it’s on the lower end of the scale for sure, but so is the price. Things to Think About: I. Below Par – Everything works on this washer, but it’s at a sub-optimal level. Not much about this models performance will excite you. That is unless you’ve never used a pressure washer, it definitely beats a regular hose with a tip. II. Main Connection Leak – The main connection where the hose comes in constantly leaks no matter what I do. It’s just cheap materials and seals that can’t hold the pressure. It’s not really bad and I just kept using it anyways, but annoying to say the least. III. Low Pressure – The pressure is good enough to get things done, but not strong enough for some jobs and it takes more passes to get stuff off. Because of this lower pressure, I kept widening and narrowing the stream to find the best way to be the quickest, the whole time wishing I had more pressure instead. IV. Cheap Materials – You don’t have to look at this washer very long to see the cheap parts and build quality that was used, you will be reminded frequently that you paid a cheaper price then a higher quality version. Overall, It’s hard for me to recommend this model, because I prefer to buy quality that will last longer and perform better during that time. However, if this is all you can afford and it will allow you to at least have one, or if you’re really only going to use it a few times a year, it might make sense for you. After all, the set-up is easy, it has all the basic parts and it does perform its intended purpose. You can trust that my reviews are always my honest opinion attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had, before I chose to get this product.

I originally bought this to help pressure wash a few wooden gates so I can restain it. It works so well that I may use it for other things such as washing my car, rinsing the oil and stain from the driveway, and a bunch of other things that I'll find uses for it. It was much smaller and more compact than I thought, so I could easily store it in a garage closet. As my first pressure washer, for some reason, I thought it might be complex, but it's as simple as operating a garden hose. Putting it together was relatively simple, but the instructions that came with it were no help. The guide to attaching it all together was in the very back and was more of a diagram than instructions. The operating instructions themselves were ok, but I think they could have been written clearer. Operating the unit itself was simple, and moving it around was easy as it is super lightweight. Overall, it works great and I can see myself using it more often than not. The pros is it's reasonably priced, lightweight, compact, and easy to store. The cons are the instructions were kind of confusing, instead of 5 minutes putting it together, it was 15 minutes from confusion.
