Everything you need to make your own kind of squishy!! This kit makes multiples so its something your kiddo can do with their friends. I recommend making them outside though just in case any spills happen! Glitter in carpet is no fun! The thing i didn't care for about this kit is that its not a true "squishy" to me since its held closed by the red clips. Im afraid it will come open during "play" so the kiddos know these ones have to be played with outside only. They dont show or mention anything in the ad about them being like this.

This squishy kit was a huge hit with my daughter and niece. They’re 7 and 8 years old, and they had an absolute blast making their own squishies. The whole process kept them entertained for a long time, and they loved customizing them. The finished squishies actually turned out really cute and fun to squeeze. The instructions were easy enough for them to figure out on their own, and surprisingly, they really didn’t need much help or supervision while making them. One thing parents should know though, this is definitely a messy activity. I’m very glad we decided to set everything up outside because there were little bits and powders everywhere by the end. Totally worth it for the fun they had, but I would absolutely recommend doing this outdoors or at least somewhere easy to clean. Overall, such a fun and creative activity for kids who love sensory toys and crafts.

I picked this up as a hands-on activity for a kid who loves squishy toys, and it ended up being a really fun little project. The kit comes with everything you need, which I appreciated right away. No scrambling for extra supplies or realizing halfway through that something’s missing. The process is simple enough that a younger kid can follow along, but still engaging enough to feel like they’re actually “making” something. Inflating and filling the squishies was probably the highlight. There’s a good variety of mix-ins like glitter, foam balls, and tiny fruit slices, so each one ends up looking a bit different. That creative freedom kept things interesting longer than I expected. The squishies themselves are decent quality. They’re not quite the same as store-bought ones in terms of durability (every one will have a protruding plastic clamp on it), but the fact that you can open them up and remake them kind of makes up for that. The reusable clips are a nice touch, though younger kids might need a bit of help getting everything sealed properly to avoid leaks (you probably need 2 adults to make it work). In terms of value, it feels fair for what you get. It’s not just a one-time activity since you can reuse the materials and redesign the squishies multiple times. It also kept attention much longer than most toys, especially since it’s hands-on and a bit messy in a fun way. Overall, it’s a solid pick if you’re looking for something creative and screen-free. Just be prepared to supervise a little, especially the first time through.

This is a fun project for kids. Maybe something to do on a rainy day. The instructions are straightforward and assembly is pretty easy, but it can get messy. It comes with everything you need. I really like that they have so many different filling options. The kit makes some really neat designs. I don't like that the red clip aspect of it. I understand the necessity but it just looks kind of weird and I didn't notice that piece of the design in the pictures originally so I guess just make sure that is something you are fine with. I also feel like the end quality is fine but at this price point, I'm not sure the value is there.

Kind of a bummer of a gift for my 8 year old… the red clips are permanent, no other way to seal them. So not the greatest for looks and good chances of them failing… Only 8 little ballon ball things in the box. After that need to buy more or toss out the maker…honestly I think we’ll be throwing out the squishy masher machine after running out of supplies. I wouldn’t pay full price for this. Better off just buying a bunch of squishies already made so not a good value in my book. And it’s messy, very messy… fun for the kids but not so fun for the adults. I hope these don’t break…
