Review: I took my time reviewing this device to ensure I had a chance to test it thoroughly. It’s an expensive gadget, but it’s definitely well-built. I chose the yellow version because I wanted to test it in the pool. The low speed setting makes a significant difference when using it in a smaller area. The decent size makes it comfortable to lie on, and the design is aesthetically pleasing. To move forward, you need to press both handles simultaneously. Releasing either grip will stop the device, enhancing safety. If you let go of the right hand and then press that button again within a second, that will increase the speed gear. The battery block is quite heavy, and it takes a while to charge. However, at low speed, it lasted through our entire pool party. The batteries are also waterproof, which is a plus. I hope the battery lasts as both the battery and the charger are quite expensive to replace. A note: You’re supposed to charge a battery to at least half the power before you store it so that you increase the battery life. This is a fun toy that’s easy to use, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. However, you’d likely get the most out of it on the beach.

This is a great pool toy to have. Once i let my kid use it, it became an instant favorite in the pool. It is fast enough and strong enough to pull a 180 lbs person. It is very easy to use in the pool and instantly catches attention from others, specially kids. in the water, its easy to handle. carrying this out of the water to and from the pool is a bit awkward. Its not as light, specially with the block of battery. It would be nice if it came with a strap for easy carry. The battery last for about 30 minutes, depending on the use of course. Charging the battery takes a few hours. i looked into getting aback up battery from the supplier, and it cost almost 2/3. this kickboad is not cheap. i can see purchasing this for somebody who loves the water and has easy access to a body of water.

The Asiwo MAKO Electric Kickboard is a fun, lightweight water toy that makes pool time way more exciting. At just under six pounds, it’s super easy to carry around, and the three speed settings, from a gentle crawl to about three miles an hour, make it perfect for both little kids learning to swim and adults who just want to glide around. The self-floating design and fully enclosed propeller give you peace of mind, especially with kids in the water. Make sure little ones with long hair keep away from the intake. Battery life is decent, up to an hour on the lowest speed, and it charges in three to four hours. The build quality feels solid, with grippy foam and comfortable handles that hold up well to splashing and play. It’s great for family pools or calm lakes, my kids can’t get enough of it. That said, the thrust is modest, adults might find the top speed a bit tame, and the battery drains pretty quick once you crank it up to the fastest mode. Overall it’s a solid entry level electric kickboard that delivers on the fun factor without being overly complicated. If you’re mostly using it in a pool with kids, you’ll probably love it. Just keep a charger handy if you’ve got multiple little ones fighting over it.

Here's your chance to be that guy. We finally got a chance to test this out this past weekend and really put it through its paces. The size is good for both kids and adults, it's not too heavy and in the water it's basically weightless so neither of those things come into play. When I tell you its the most fun you've had as an adult, please believe me. Most things aren't fun to me because I'm a grumpy old man but this had me smiling for hours on end. This is also pretty well made, feels high quality and that it's not gonna break. We had a couple of drops onto the pool deck (not high, maybe a couple feet max) and it took it like a champ. I legitimately have no notes on this. Price is fair considering what you're getting, good size, works for all ages and mostly all weights (only saw struggle on a couple people who were 350+ and it was still moving them, just slower.) Can't go wrong.

This was so much fun for the kids I wish I could leave a better review. It only lasted one pool season this maybe 4 months of use. Kept inside after every use. We got it out this summer and it doesn't work. My mother inlaw bought two last summer also and the same thing. 3 out of 3 only last 4 months max.

I picked out this electric swimming kickboard as a gift to me. This kickboard is an amazing piece of machine. The upper/outer shell which holds your body feels like a super strong Styrofoam. Underneath you have the battery housing and the main engine which pushes you on the water. On the arms where you hold on to has a positive button and a negative button. You press both buttons to go. You take your hand off the positive for 1 second then push it again and it changes to medium speed. Then again to get to top speed. All together are 3 speeds. It's a little heavy, but you dont feel the weight on the water. It is kind of small, but it does the job for any body type. It is very easy to iperate and have fun with it. If you have goggles and snorkel, this kickboard can take you under water as well. It's an amazing kickboard and I highly recommend it. I live the way this kickboard works. You can see things under water and the engine is very quiet. I absolutely appreciate it, its worth every cent. I wish I could rate it 10 stars, but for now 5 gigantic stars!
