This table and chair set came before the expected delivery date, which was great! Our young sons helped put it together and the instructions were easy enough for them follow. It was helpful that an assembly tool is included for added convenience. The seats are large and sturdy and the color looks great in our home. Like all my kitchen furniture I bought recently through Amazon to replace the odds & ends I had, they are all lacking perfection. Not easy to assembles since some of the screws protrude out of the wood. Tabletop as sturdy as it looks there 2 scratches in it. One of the backs of the chair is damaged on the inside bottom. It does look great but when paying what I paid for all the new pieces there shouldn't be so many imperfections. I sent picture after picture in, yet it was never enough! Theres what looks like buckled on the bottom of one of the chairs also, zero storage space being it's a table. I do like how the chairs when pushed in a certain way they all line up against the table, so they don't stick out being my kitchen space is limited. My daughter told me to polyurethane it, but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO! To top it off I’m stuck buying a clear top to avoid more scratches, that I shouldn’t have to buy if they made it better! ... show more
