We received the pair of chairs, but upon opening them, one of the chairs had a ripped seam. I messaged the seller immediately and explained to them that returning the item was not ideal at this time and asked for a discounted price. The seller replied back very quickly and offered me even better options than I asked for. They offered to send me two brand new chairs and that it was okay if I didn’t return the first shipment. In the end, I got four chairs total which was a bit much for my space, but I was still happy to keep all 4 in case I have guests over. The new shipment was flawless and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the items. It also arrived in 2 days. It was so simple to assemble and the chair is super sturdy and comfortable and matches my space so well. Really nice chairs. Attractive, easy to assemble and easy to clean. A. nice upgrade from the previous Ikea basics we had. The feel sturdy and upgraded the look of the kitchen. In the first set of chairs we ordered, packaging was lackluster and one chair was damaged. We sent photos to the seller of the shredded packaging and damaged chair and the seller sent us a replacement. The replacement chair also came in pretty shoddy packaging, cardboard box was just too soft and not sturdy, but the chair was in great shape. All turned out well.
