I like how compact the clock is, and it's charging my phone rapidly, and it's super handy BUT there were no instructions and I'd really like to know how to set the time. I have been removing the batteries and plugging it in at exactly noon, but we've had two power failures this month and the back up batteries make the clock run slow... so I'd REALLY LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO SET THE TIME. There's no website, no contact info, and nothing on google. Help! EDITED: I appreciate that Superdanny commented with instructions, especially since when I tried to find them online I was unsuccessful. Someone also made a youtube video. I've owned the clock for 6 months, and other than the battery back-up making the clock run slow, it's been a great clock. I like that you can change the brightness of the display for night-time. The daylight savings time is nice and I like the plugs for charging. It supports a rapid charger. I recommend it, but DEFINITELY bookmark the review so you can figure out how to set it. ... show more

Great for what i needed but a little complicated to set the time and alarm

So i bought this because its small, and has the usb charging port and 2 plug ins. It charges My note 9 fine but not sure how fast because i use it at night while im sleep. The cord is heavy and it barely made it where i needed it to go - across half my king size bed in the back. But it worked out where i needed it. Read the directions carefully on how to set the time and alarm - and turning the alarm on. That is confusing. You cant figure it out just by looking at the alarm clock buttons and pushing them. Its a trick to it in the directions. But all in all outside of setting everything - im happy with it. This is not recommended for someone thats not tech savy. I do love how the light on the time has 3 dimmers and can also set if you dont want to see the light at all. I thought that was a nice feature. ... show more

Great Alarm Clock.

This alarm clock was pretty much what I was looking for. It’s very well constructed and compact. It has 2 electrical outlets and 2 USB ports, so I can charge my phone and watch easily. Setting the time is not difficult, but a might tricky, so don’t throw the instructions away.

Terrible time keeping.

The clock has never been accurate. Great charging ports but the clock function has never kept accurate time and I will be replacing it. If accurate time on the clock is important to you I would not order this piece of junk

No alarm volume or sound choices

While I love the design, the alarm is a high pitched sound that my husband can’t hear at all due to high frequency hearing loss. I can hear it fine, but it’s not pleasant, and it has no volume or alternate sounds, so we returned it. I do love the design with the plugs and USBs on top, but that does no good if we can’t hear or tolerate the high frequency alarm sound. ... show more

We were looking to add alarm clocks to the bedrooms of our vacation rental property in the Smoky Mountains. When we've traveled, we've enjoyed the ease of having USB plugs in the outlets or charging ports already in the alarm clocks. These are easy to read and do the job! We put one in each of the 3 bedrooms in our vacation rental and all of our family used them when we were there with no issues. We did notice that when we had 1 phone and 2 iPads plugged into it that it didn't charge the 3 items very fast, so all we did was just move one of the iPads to a wall outlet and it seemed to charge the other two items faster. ... show more
