    • Poor quality, no support.
Poor quality tool. Will not read data from a truck accurately, very slow operation, and has issues where it will not read the same code twice. Used a handful of times, and now the obd2 connector for the adapters is loose and must be held to connect. Would not recommend very, very strongly.

Connects but not able to scan the codes for check engine lights in our Cummins powered motor home or our Chevy Kodiak Hauler. So basically useless to me for either vehicle. Says to contact product support with Year Make Model Vin- Going to return it. Gave it 3 stars because the equipment is very nice, and in a will laid out storage case. Had it worked for my vehicles, I would have been very impressed with everything else. ... show more

I was very specific about the year of my truck and the engine it has and they assured me it would work so I bought it and it did not work for my truck so after an update it still did not work and the response was that they could do nothing else so back to the hunt for a good scanner for my Peterbilt. Was told this would work with my diesel & my class. A RV, but it will not. Only get errors when plugging in, and then was told try to remove sinc card and then download new software, and then if that doesn’t work get an appointment with Diesel computer’s “IT” department? This all after I was told, oh no worries as it will work on my RV unit fine??? Not messing with it!!! Returned. ... show more
