My girlfriend and I bought a house and about three weeks in, the overhead light in the bathroom went out. No biggie, I can change a couple of lightbulbs. But wait! What's this? The bulbs were a type I'd never seen before. I quick internet search for the number listed on the light fixture pointed me to GU24 style bulbs. I didn't really want to buy them though, as I'd never seen those bulbs before and as far as I know, that's the only fixture like that in the house. But Amazon had these adaptors! I looked at the specs, did a quick measurement, and decided they'd probably fit (and if not, three cheers for Amazon's return policy). They fit, they work, they came in a pack of two, and they cost about the same as two of the lightbulbs themselves so they way I see it, I'm saving money since I only need to buy these once and then I can use the bulbs I'd normally be buying anyway. The product was easy to use.. we needed to replace it back patio lights and it was not a regular light bulb socket.. this was easy to use and me changing the light way.. there isn’ta lot of room to get your hand in where the light bulb went so we just screwed the lightbulb into the adapter and clicked the adapter into place.. it asks about motion sensing which I don’t know about.. didn’t know it was supposed to and we just turn the light on and off each time we let our dog out so haven’t observed motion sensing. ... show more
