We buy our fruit and veg at Sam’s, costco or the local orchard when possible. That means we get a LOT of it at once. I also buy a lot of grape tomatoes so they are in their own little container. I was sick of half the stuff sitting loose on the counter because it wouldn’t fit in my very cute round 2 tier fruit thing. I ordered this one with the hopes it would hold it all, and it does! It was pretty easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, fits under my cabinets (I had 17 inches from counter to botttom of top cabinet to work with.) and holds a ton. Those are all average sized apples and bananas, and that’s a cherub tomato container for reference. My 21 year old son also said it looks a lot better than the cute one it’s replacing. Lol. Really nice wire basket for fruit and veggies. I was surprised that 2 hooks come with it (for hanging bananas). I didn't see that in the picture or in the description, but they screw in where the handles go on the top basket. Also, I chose not to put the handles on for a cleaner look in my space.
