Bought this product last year for Christmas. It actually helped me and my fiancé come in 3rd place in our neighborhoods Christmas Decoration Contest they do every year. We have a decent sized house and for the amount of decor we put outside, we had the problem of not having enough outdoor outlets and we prefer not to run cords under the garage doors because it strains our central air causing a higher bill durning the holiday months. So, we ended up purchasing this product and we’re quite satisfied with it. It’s pretty lightweight and super simple to use. Comes with a remote control that works at a far distance from inside. So, if you have a long driveway, then your in luck! I would say the only complaint which is more of an opinion, is that there isn’t more outlets on the meter. Plugs are slightly to close, so if certain decorations have bigger plugs, you might have to play a little Tetris with it. Other than that, it was a great buy. ... show more

This is a handy little product! It was easy to put together and install and the remote really does work well! I can turn it on/off from inside the house. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the cord could be a bit longer, but that may be fine for others depending on the set up of their house. It was reasonably priced and I do recommend it. I have only had it about 4 days and used it to put up Halloween decorations so I can only go based on the time I have had it. I have not used the timer function yet but do like that there is a selection of timers! ... show more

Everything seems well made. 2 piece stake goes into the ground easy and secure. Then I tried the remote. What a game changer! I can stand at the front door and it works 60 plus ft away. Then you have timers and other features. It's just day 1 but we'll worth the money. I'll be buying more.

I use this for my patio lighting. I've only had it for a few weeks so time will tell. The sensor works from a good distance away. I'd say about 40ft+ around a corner. What would make it 5 stars is if the remote could control each individual outlet.. but that's just me being extra 🙃
