Nice components and overall a solid patio set. All parts come individually labeled so it helps in finding the pieces for assembly quickly. Cushions are of an average quality, though the bottom cushions seem to be a bit on the thin side. The plastic smells like a bootleg DVD case, but it seems to dissipate quickly enough. I did have some problems with the components as they were shipped. One of the attaching points for the legs was not aligned properly in production and as a result was welded in place such that the leg was at a 30 degree offset from what it should have been. About half of the holes for the screws had poorly machined threads, but it was nothing that couldn't be overcome with enough force. The rattan gets in the way of alignment in some areas making it a nightmare, but it is not noticeable in the finished product. The cost savings over a similar item that comes fully assembled is definitely worth it for me, but unless you have a cold chisel and an impact with a 90 degree offset, you may want to steer clear of this one (or, ask someone you don't like to assemble it for you). ... show more
