I will update this review if the chair doesn't hold up, but so far it seems comfortable and strong, with good materials. The back support and recline with tension adjustment, the pneumatic height cylinder, rolling wheels, and movable armrests are all working perfectly. I did a lot of research because I suspected many fake reviews on other products, and I didn't want to take the risk for a more expensive product. I'm glad I went with this one. Assembly was pretty easy. At first, the chair reclined all the way when I leaned back, but the tension adjustment worked like a charm. It is a huge improvement over a wooden chair. It looks pretty sleek and it's a good size. I will be surprised if this chair doesn't hold up, or causes any comfort issues. ... show more

Pretty good quality chair for the price, although plastic legs will drop off the center spindle if the chair is lifted. Comfortable and sturdy otherwise. No instructions were included which could be a big problem for someone who isn't experienced in putting together furniture like this. There are three different length bolts which must be used in the right locations, and lack of instructions was not helpful. Nice that some spare hardware (marked as such) is included. Well made product. The box I received had the "Quality" seal broken indicating that it had been opened after leaving the factory and it appeared to be re-taped over. The contents didn't appear to have been re-inserted and repacked though, but the instructions were missing. Would purchase again if it lasts. ... show more

The people who complain about this chair should honestly just spend hundreds of dollars on a fancy one. This chair was absolutely easy to put together, it is very comfortable and all the pieces came with it and were actually very organized. The instructions are dummy proof so just know that for anyone who complained about them. Overall great chair for the price. Sometimes I think people just like to complain because it fulfills them. The chair came 3 days before it was supposed to come, so, first, I’d like to say that the company from which you buy this chair is serious. The chair itself is very nice. I was expecting something cheap looking for the price and it totally doesn’t feel like it. The cushion is quite nice and the position for sitting feels very comfortable. I usually don’t like arms on my chairs but I like these ones. They have cushions too and that really makes them comfortable. The up and down mechanism seems solid and does the job of going up and down, which is something that usually doesn’t work well with chairs this price. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. For the “short” comment that I read about this chair. UPDATED REVIEW - July 14 2021 So I purchased this chair in November 2020 and while it is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever purchased. It's only 8 months since I purchased the chair and the pneumatic cylinder that adjust the height of the chair is malfunctioning so at times the chair just goes down while you are sitting on it. I am still using it but not happy that I did not purchase protection for this product. I'm working from home and made a mistake assembling the chair my company sent. I didn't feel good about asking them to replace it due to my mistake. This chair is adequate and better than the dining chair I worked from for months. It doesn't provide much lumbar support and that part isn't adjustable. A good value. It's comfortable and built well. Pretty easy to assemble (instructions are pictures only). Adjustments for height and tilt back are easy to use. I did have a problem with the wheels.
