On our old set, the chairs have seen their better days (due to my husbands friends leaning back in them) Was looking into new chairs when I came across this set. According to husband, these chairs are made even better than our others. Please note, my other set, all though identical, is not the same manufacturer. You cannot beat the value !! Looks great under the tiki hut!!

The table set arrived pretty quickly. It arrived in 3 different boxes which I liked because 2 boxes contained 3 pc chair set each and the third was the table set and each had its own screw set. So made it easier to install step by step. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. It does take time to put together if you do not have a drill which I used for the chairs. I installed the set by myself and did not need 2 people. All the holes aligned perfectly. At times you needed to wiggle it here and there but all in all the holes aligned perfectly. Make sure however when you install the table that you do not tighten the sides until the middle piece is in. Otherwise it will not slide through and you will need to loosen it and redo it. It took about 3 to 4 hours to install because some things were not very clear and had to figure it out. I am pretty handy - so it was pretty easy. As far as quality, I live in south florida so keeping it out in the sun and rain will most likely ruin in over the months or years so I keep it under my gazebo and covered when not in use. I took out a star for the plastic material as they seemed to be falling off while installing so I am hoping they last and do not keep breaking with usage. I did not reach out to the seller about it but if any further issues in the future I may. But I do take care of my items so again I hope this set lasts because it is a beautiful elegant piece! For the price it is excellent! The size if perfect for us!

This patio set looks fantastic and really elevated our backyard. Chairs are comfortable, and the table feels sturdy. Some minor cracking on the wood panels started early, but the seller responded quickly and offered replacements—great customer service. I’ll be using wood wax to protect it going forward. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

1. They ship through fedex which shocking no one the table came damages with holes in the box and even a part of it sticking out of the box. I had to rebend the parts to make it fit. 2.Screw alignments are completely off. 3. Staples in places that caused the parts to not be able to go together. Had to cut the staple out with wire cutters which was a nightmare. 4. Get a table physically from an actual furniture place. This is my 5th furniture item from Amazon and it seems this is how they always are riddled with defects and they know you aren't going to go through the trouble in sending it back. Stay clear.

My experience with the buying, assembly, and use of this table and chair set has been all positive. I did have my apprehensions at first from the reviews that were mostly positive, but some of the negative ones were scary and some unfair. One thing up front, I ordered the set with 6 chairs and the table with the two wooden top parts, and not the one with three sections. Two boxes arrived containing only the 6 chairs and no table. I sent an email to the selling vendor since this was third-party and not Amazon. The vendor got back to me the next day and said the table was in another shipment and it did arrive that day. Very happy with their customer service and response! Five stars. The packing was excellent and had enough reinforcement to prevent damage in shipping, and the wooden table panels even had rubber corner guards. It took me about 15 minutes per chair to easily assemble, and unlike other reviews, the holes aligned perfectly, but like the instructions say I recommend you do not tighten the screws until the end and do it in the order of the steps. Be patient and align the screws as close to perpendicular as possible and they will spin right in. Then tighten loosely only about 50% or just under snug. They will be more level if done this way. I did use the provided Allen Wrench tool to test and align some of the holes that were partially covered by the Rattan material. I did it on a carpet because I found rolling them while assembling and tightening was easier and they would not get scratched up. The screws all worked perfectly, but I found on most of them you had to reach your finger around the back to feel when it was tightened when you felt the bolt start to turn otherwise it will just keep turning once it reaches a certain torque. I tried all of the chairs by sitting in them, with the cushions and they were comfortable and sturdy. I'm 250 lbs. and the chairs did not stress at all. The table was very easy to assemble. While I would not put my full weight on it, I found it to have substantial support for an outdoor function. I read the reviews about the wood being damaged or getting worn out. I bought a cover for it as I did with all of my outdoor furniture. The weather is unforgiving. If you put wooden furniture with plastic Rattan material out in the open and expect it to not be affected by the rain and sun beating down on it and not warping and fading, then you are not being realistic. If you get this furniture, get a cover and protect it while not using it, or put it in your shed or garage wrapped in large plastic bags. All in all 5 stars.

Nice but super small. The chairs are great, really comfortable!!! The table is way smaller than I thought. You’re sitting right on top of each other. Wish the table was bigger and allowed for more elbow room
