I got 2 of these sets, and both came in excellent condition. One of the sets had one screw that wouldn’t go in right no matter what I tried. Putting these sets together was difficult. The screws are not easy to turn, and the Allen wrench that comes with it isn’t very strong. I ended up stripping one side of the wrench with both sets. The furniture is also a bit smaller than I’d expected. Can’t beat it for the price, though. It is beautiful, once put together. Also nice and sturdy. I love that each piece has a metal frame. If I were ever to buy a 3rd set- I would definitely pay the $100 or whatever to have it assembled though. Definitely recommend this set. But pay for assembly, if you can.

Purchased from Amazon, open-box. Arrived in a box with huge holes, no instructions or hardware. Contacted Amazon - no option other than to return it. Contacted the manufacturer, who responded within a day asking me to send them the order confirmation so they know what model number I bought. Within a few hours they responded with a tracking # for the hardware kit. Assembly is NOT easy - we had to strong arm it together. Hex bolts are sometimes very hard to turn. During assembly we found one of the sides of the chair was incorrectly manufactured - over 1" off which made it impossible to attach to the back. Again the manufacturer sent a tracking number within hours of receiving my email. Hot the new piece & it's awesome. Strong, comfortable seats. Very happy with the company.
