My true rating would be 3.5 but alas, no half stars allowed. I got the light gray set so for less than $100 for 3 pieces, I wasn't expecting top of the line furniture but I did expect it to at least be functional. And 2/3rds of it is. However one of the chairs is uneven and therefore wobbles. Additionally this problem chair was also a giant pain in the *** to assemble. Most of the screw holes weren't aligned properly and one was even missing lol, so hopefully I don't have any guests over that weigh more than I do. On the pro side it's not made of rattan, idk why that word is anywhere near the description for a basic weave pattern used. It's plastic. So at least it'll be easy to keep clean and shouldn't mildew. It's the perfect size for my little apartment balcony. Overall it's cute, and would recommend it for those on a tighter budget and/or smaller outdoor spaces, so long as you have realistic expectations.

Easy to put together, comfortable, visually appealing, good build quality. Read a lot a reviews saying the bolt holes didn’t line up; this is untrue. They do require some lining up, and if you cinch down the first bolt, then yes, the other holes will not line up. Put each chair and then the table together loosely, get all bolts installed approx half way then cinch them all down. This is furniture assembly 101. Like all sets, I immediately threw away the supplied hex/allen wrench. If you have a cordless drill/driver, cordless screwdriver or cordless ratchet, you can easily install this with a bit added to the tool. Set the torque to its lowest setting and get to work. From unboxing to completion was 30 mins and I took my time to make sure it was perfectly symmetrical. What a great value.

Bought these for our new house since we have so many other expenses and I didn’t want to break the bank, but I still wanted a comfy and serene outdoor space to relax this summer. These are such a low price and I wasn’t expecting something this nice. A bit of a pain to put together since some of the holes don’t line up very easily but I had my husband hold some of the pieces in place while I put in the screws. I did invest in more comfortable cushions since the ones it comes with are pretty thin and pitiful. Overall a cute and comfy set that my husband and I both enjoy using!

Honestly, the finished product looks OK. The problem is the assembly. I read the review saying how it’s hard to set up how some of the holes don’t lineup and I still bought it just to struggle with the same complaints. Everyone in the reviews left. It’s definitely not the most sturdy, but it’s cheap so if you’re just looking for a set of chairs, bring patients with you and buy this one otherwise I would stay far away from it

All 3 pieces are sturdy and look nice. As far as assembly do your self a favor.. use your cordless drill. I had a bit that was the same size as the screws. . Putting them all together was a breeze. If you use the hex wrench, good luck, I started with the hex wrench, I found it very difficult to tighten, the space is tight. Also be sure not to tighten all the screws until they are all in. It’s a very nice set. I’m very happy with it. Good value for the money.

This was the best packaged item I have ever purchased, and the instructions for assembly were actually very detailed and even included putting letter markers on the individual furniture parts. This is the best purchase I have ever made for a similar item. I would give it 10 stars if possible.
