I absolutely love it! It is so user friendly and lightweight! I love how the scrubbing pads get right up to the edges for a spotless floor. The Velcro pads stick great and I love how I can just toss them into the wash machine when finished! I ordered extra pads so I can clean several areas without dirt building up on just one set! Steam mops are the way to go if you want sanitized floors!

Love the steaming part. Heats up fast. Wish cord was longer. Should have more pads. They looked old after first wash and have been out of stock online And grout brush didn’t last more than 2 tiles
