A nice sectional couch. The seats are very firm. Like, you don't sink in at all. Despite the seats being so firm, it is really comfortable and I believe it will last longer since the seats don't sink in. There are multiple ways you can arrange and connect the sections to allow versatility in placement, HOWEVER be warned, the sectional IS NOT 107" long if it is arranged as it is in the picture on Amazon. You would need 12 feet of length and even then there is only a narrow walkway around it, if it is not against a long wall. I split the sectional into two long "L" shaped pieces, and it worked out great. The sectional actually could seat 8 people comfortably if the ottoman is used as a seat, and if people sit shoulder to shoulder, 10 if using the ottoman, and 11 if one person sat in the corner of the chaise and one sat on the end of it. The way I have it arranged in the picture I added, 12 could sit shoulder to shoulder, however this arrangement wouldnt work for many people and if you have a smaller room, it can still be used however it might take some creative thinking- and if needed, a section could be used as a standalone chair, you would just have to be ok with the connector hardware being visible on the sides of that section. In my opinion, this couch would be amazing in an office or other more heavily used area but its nice for a living area too. Overall, 5 stars even though size is falsely advertised. ... show more

This couch is not really comfortable to lay on however, it is super easy to make into a bed. We like to lay on it while we watch movies.
