My previous home office chair didn't have a headrest and I preferred the rotating arms for easier stowing, so I decided to give this chair a price. Overall it's an OK chair to use, but the build quality clearly reflects the lower price. After a couple months of use, the seat cushion is already not as plush, and the lumbar support piece has already snapped off. This chair also has the issue where it always leans forward slightly no matter how I adjust and attach it to the base, which is one of my pet peeves with chairs. The chair is not the problem. Unfortunately the Head rest doesn’t have pre drilled holes nor does it offer support to hold the screw . So we had to go purchase screw and cap 🔩. Other then that chair is a good purchase

For the price, this is an ok chair for those who don't have back problems. I, on the other hand, unfortunately do so I find that my back aches by the end of the day. It also squeaks when you move, but that's nothing a little WD-40 won't fix. If you like stiff chairs, this is the chair for you! I will be purchasing extra padding for my broken self!
