The lumbar support is way too stiff and when you mean back there is zero support without it being locked in place. That means you're either sitting perfectly upright or laying down. You should probably avoid this.

I'm really impressed by how comfortable this chair is. Usually, I adjust a chair once and that's it, but it's good to have the option to change if needed. Assembly was easy and simple. It comes with a nice "T" handle hexagon wrench that fits all the screws. I used my cordless drill to speed things up and then tightened the screws with the provided wrench. This chair costs about the same as the one I replaced 10 years ago, but it's better built and more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you want an oversized seat cushion.

This office chair is amazing! It has a wide seat, perfect for those of us with a bit of extra spread. What's more important is that the seat is comfy without being too soft. The back support is great whether you want to recline a lot or not, and it's easy to adjust based on your needs. I was a bit worried when it arrived as the box was heavy and needed assembly. But the instructions were mostly straightforward and it took less than half an hour to put together, which was easier than I expected.
