Overall happy with this purchase. Best assembly experience I've ever had -- instructions and the hardware pieces were very nice and I did it by myself in less than half an hour. My only gripe is that I'm too tall for the headrest to support, so my head falls on the frame of the headrest instead of the mesh part. No big deal to me. But something to keep in mind. 10/10 would buy again ... show more

The assembly is easy and the chair is comfortable to sit in. However, it came in damaged packaging. Some parts where wrapped in plastic while other parts where haphazardly thrown into the box with no packaging or protection. This resulted in some parts being a little scratched up, but it doesn't matter since most people won't notice it unless they look really closely. Luckily I wasn't missing any parts. One of the caster wheels came damaged and cannot fit onto the chair leg. No matter how much weight is pressed in, it refuses to be attached because the cir clip is too loose. Depending on how their email customer service deals with replacing parts (their product support website only leads to a Turkish gambling site, like wtf) this score will either go up or down. ... show more

We have been through 3 other chairs over the years and nothing has lasted or fit comfortably in his gaming area. -This chair is sturdy with a solid frame, and the size is comfortable, (though it might be large for smaller spaces)..but, it fits perfectly and the arms of the chairs don’t prevent it from being tucked all the way in! -Assembly was straightforward with no missing screws. The cushion offers decent support, and the adjustable settings help with fit. -My favorite part about the chair is the storage in the back. I really want to like this chair but as I was assembling it, I noticed that one of the chair legs is defective and won't let the wheel snap into place. This causes the chair to roll weird and sit a little lopsided. Other than that, the chair is comfortable and exactly what I needed. I've had always had trouble getting a good desk chair, but this one has been the best of them all. Like that it is comfortable, and I do not get tired sitting for too long. The curve is positioned just right for my back pain relief. When too tired I can sit all the way back without falling. If I can take it home from the office I would.
