So, I have been trying to do some research on how to curb Hot Flashes. I am just starting menopause and I'm not joking, I was having like 20 Hot Flashes a day and in the night. They were waking me up out of a dead sleep. There are many things out there and I know things work different for different people. Many articles suggest Vitamin E so I read up on that. This product is highly recommended for many things but nobody did a review saying it helped or didn't help with Hot Flashes so I thought I would try it out. I received the product on 8/12/22 and started taking it the next day. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. The last couple days I have realized I have had maybe 1 Hot Flash and none at night. Now, I know this seems fast and I myself feel it has worked fast so I am going to keep monitoring my situation and if I need to I will do an update. I can't really say it has worked for anything else because it has only been 2 weeks but I am curious to find out. I also know that what has helped me may not help others. :) AND, I do agree with everyone that it could be much more affordable.

Good medicine

Started taking this 10 days ago primarily for artery\vein health to prevent further strokes and arterial dissection but boy howdy my skin is so smooth and even younger looking already. Imagine how good my arteries\veins look from the inside now. This is my first vitamin e supplement so I can't compare but im going to alternate betweeen tocopherals every other day to get a balance without conpeteting with the tocotrienols to obtain my primary goal of the absolute sexiest arteries on earth (40 and over).

Great packaging

I think they are smart with their packaging. I cannot tell if the pills are making a difference or not. Wish the bigger bottle was a little bit more inexpensive. Ive heard great reviews from online videos. I guess i will have to try it out for more then a month to see if i can tell a difference.

Good for the liver

I started taking this supplement based on Scientific data from research it has been found to be helpful for the liver. I like them and believe they are helping me. Easy to swallow. I like the dark glass bottle as well. I only wish it wasn’t so pricey. 150 mg I should take 2x a day and there are only 30 capsules. The 300 mg for 60 capsules are out of my price range.
