What a great speaker set! 2 x 15” subwoofers plus tweeters at this price point is an incredible value. The speaker cabinet is superb! Good solid feel, good thick carpeting, not the paper thin stuff. The metal grills are nice and thick and make the box really really stand out in a crowd. They really do look so awesome compared to your standard dual box, and just the speaker box alone is worth this price point. I feel like they included 2 x 15 subwoofers for free! Is this the most powerful speaker on the market? No, but they sure do a great job. The label says 700 watts. I’m running 400 and they sound great for a garage size house party. The speaker sounded decent. The tweeters aren't very good tho. My speaker blew on the first time I used it. Its rated for 750 watts on the back...it cant handle even 500 watts. I will probably replace them with other 15inch speakers in the cab. If you want a durable, nice speaker...Spend the extra money. Some areas you shouldn't cut costs and i just learned that. ... show more

I recently purchased this speaker directly from seismic audio. I have a powered PA and 2 high quality EV speakers. My EVs are small but ultra clear and perfect for vocals. I purchased this SA speaker because my overall sound before was nice but lacked presence from low all the way to mid. I'm glad I didn't put too much clout in the other review on here because man did this speaker give me the sound I was looking for. It is extremely well made especially at this laughable price point. I might get another amp to drive this because ,well its 2 15s in one cab! An eq or BBE would really make this speaker sound good. If this was the only speaker I had in my set up, I would purchase the next seismic dual 15 model up with the titanium tweeters. This would give great vocal response. This model is exactly what I needed however. After seeing this thing in person and plugging it in to my systemic, i really get why seismic audio is getting all these good reviews. In my opinion, this speaker would do well as a sub with eq. I gave it 5 stars because its worth more than the price. At the current discounted price here on amazon, its absolutely a steal!!! Beware of similarly priced speakers which I've auditioned in the past. They tend to be terribly made and have almost no dealer support. Seismic is known for supporting musicians,DJs and end users.
