I would return it if they would let me. This wound dressing was nowhere near as absorbent as a different name brand I’ve used in the past. I wanted to try this one because the cost was so much less but you really do get what you pay for sometimes. Not only was it not absorbent but it was made of a felt like a material that left dark gray fuzzies behind and whatever they used to make the material a charcoal grey color caused the discharge to also become darker. As I am constantly on the lookout for possible infection of a pressure wound on my foot, the discoloration of the discharge was quite alarming. After I changed my dressing and used a different more expensive brand, the discoloration was gone so I know it had to be this wound dressing product that was causing the discoloration. I absolutely do not recommend this product and I will not ever buy it again. Also a side-note, if you were planning on cutting it down in size it does not cut very smoothly & again leaving dark gray fuzzies behind like you were cutting felt. I honestly believe this wound dressing acted no different than if I were to actually put a piece of felt on my wound. ... show more
