When I received the Phone Caddy, it was missing one of the screws. I still used it and found that my phone was still held in place without issue. I wrote the Desert Fox Golf team to see if I could get a replacement screw. These days you don't truly expect to get a helpful response from customer service entities, and sometimes not a response at all. Imagine my surprise when they reached out expressing apologies for my trouble. Not only did they send me a replacement screw (a replacement parts kit), but also another full Phone Caddy. Those little touches by this company will not only have me coming back, but I'll be ordering a couple for my friends who've made comment as to how useful it is. Thank you, Desert Fox Golf team. This gadget makes my phone readily available all the time. My phone used to rattle around in the cubbies and be a pain to grab to change music or answer. Also very convenient to have my golf app open to see yardages and course layout for new courses.

This was very easy to install and holds my cell phone very well. Wish it was just a bit deeper as I have reading glasses on the back of my phone and even with the adjustments it is a very snug fit. If you use a heavy duty protective phone case this may not be the holder for you.

2nd try, got it right! For my first try i bought a different type of holder. I have a flip phone and trying to pull elastic bands around the outside was difficult, thought I was over extending bend, and my arthritis in my fingers just wouldn't stretch the elastic, I'd have to ask for help to attach my phone. Hated it. This one was more expensive but I didn't care. No clamp, It's got velcro strap that secures it tight. Also side clamps and depth clamps that I set for my phone. I take it out of my golf bag, attach it to golf cart. And slide my phone in. The bottom "shelf" holds my phone from sliding through and I'm set to use it.the screen in completely visible and I can still navigate brtween screens while phone is in holder. Only vice: golf cart frames are square so without clip, you can't turn it towards the center of cart. GPS is large enough for everyone to see though.

This is a pretty slick unit that works good. The adjustment knobs are a little hard to get my phone to fit real snug but can be done. It it would work much better if somehow it had a little adjustment to tilt the phone when it is on the golf cart. Because of the angle of most golf cart frames it is always facing down and a little hard to read.

I really wanted this to be a win but it was a little short for my iPhone pro model phone which meant it wouldn’t hold tight enough to keep it from bouncing around and wiggling out.

I was given this for fathers day. I have used it probably 5 or 6 times and it works well. The adjustment is a little difficult for my large hands and if you don't get it attached really snugly, it will slide a little bit. Holds my phone really well across rough ( I suck at golf) and smooth terrain. I would definitely recommend this product.
