I have been testing a ton of electrolyte drinks during marathon training and have really struggled with the taste of all of them. I ordered this one as a bit of a last resort and am so pleased I did. The taste is fantastic and settled in my stomach with no issue. Felt hydrated and fine on energy after my long run. Great product and highly recommend if you have been struggle to find something that works in your training.

This was my first time purchasing this product, I found it searching “top electrolyte powder mixes”. It was rated as a Best Testing, coming close to being Best Overall, but the Stevia and 4 g of sugar kept it from winning that status. The only flavor available on Amazon was the ruby red grapefruit. While I wasn’t sure how good that would taste, I went ahead and purchased it anyway and was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it does not dissolve that well, especially if you put the powder into a wet bottle. It will immediately clump and stick to the bottom, and then it takes bit of creative shaking to get it to break free. Yes, you can use a long spoon or something to scrape it from the bottom, but I don’t always carry a long spoon when I’m hiking 🥾😎 Otherwise, I am very happy with this product and will purchase it again, I just hope they have more flavors available this time.

I was looking for an alternative to Liquid IV with less sugar and carbs, and more electrolytes. This product provides that, but could be better. Flavor is great and solid ingredients. However, the bag it comes in is very small. It is difficult to fit my hand in the bag to scoop the powder and I have relatively small hands. The biggest issue is that it does not dissolve well at all. With Liquid IV I tear open a pouch, pour it in my water bottle, give it a quick shake and it’s ready to drink. If you try that with this product it will leave clumps of powder and grit that isn’t pleasant to drink. Even with a milk frother or stirring vigorously with a spoon, it is still gritty, but will break up the clumps after a while. Flavor and ingredients are not good enough over Liquid IV convenience to make the switch.
