Great quick disconnects for home brewing! I used these for my all grain beer brewing system, to make quick disconnect lines for quickly changing lines between my transfer pump, mash and steap water kettles. Fittings connect together nicely and seal well.

    • Out of 6, only two function as designed
Size: Barb Female/FPT Male
Overall, I received three packs of two. Out of the six female couplers, only two function as designed and connect with relative ease. Of the other four, I could not get three to seat, regardless of the force I used. One of the four worked but with a ridiculous amount of force applied, making it unusable for a brew day. Please take my advice: buy a different brand. ... show more

    • The o-ring seal tolerances are too tight.
Size: Barb Female/FPT Male
The fitment of the disconnect is extremely tight and could not be connected without massive force. Once connected, they were almost impossible to disconnect. Had to order new high temp O-rings of the correct size. Other than that, a very, very nice product
