I picked up these Nilight T splice connectors to make some wiring on my truck and trailer a lot cleaner, and they’ve really made a difference. The design is straightforward and simple to use, even if you’re not a wiring expert. The connectors themselves feel sturdy and are made from solid materials — you can tell they aren’t cheap, flimsy pieces that are going to fall apart after one use. Installation was easy. I just stripped the wires, inserted them into the T splice, and crimped them down. The connection felt secure and didn’t wiggle or loosen when I gently tugged on the wires. They worked but I went through half the box on splicing 5 wires. Crimping them was next to impossible. Either they would not crimp, letting the wire fall out to breaking in half because they would not hold.
