The wire isn't that hard so it bends easily. Not recommended for use more than a few times. I get food stuck between only one set of teeth and this works pretty good and it's not too expensive.

These are good because you can get a more thorough clean. It really helps to clean between the teeth, it is like having a little brush for the spaces inside your teeth. I use these along with regular floss. Sometimes it is able to get food or plaque that doesn't come out from only using regular floss, because the brushes are able to grab onto things and really brush it out. My 8 year old has braces and these have been a game changer for her. Her brackets take up almost her entire tooth and she is struggling to brush her brackets on her molars. These are easily reach the tiny little places in the back of her mouth. We put toothpaste on these and that is how she brushes her back molars. first time using -- thought they'd be a better alternative to flossing no. they're not worth it and wouldn't order again -- very cheap and non-durable. can't do a full session before the wire is warped and unusable

Crowded teeth can be super hard to floss, these are small enough that they got in the spaces, and just stiff enough? They'll bend if you hit a snag but you can just bend them back. I just got braces and flossing is a nightmare but these work.
