I got these to use in pulling and replacing the panels on Samsung Bespoke appliances (the kind with replaceable colored glass fronts.) I used the large puller and it worked great - it held its suction and the handles felt solid. I wasn't concerned at all as I removed the heavy glass panel. I tried out the smaller suction cups and found that they, too, worked fine. The buffing pads are a nice touch and I'm saving them for other cleaning opportunities - they seem of decent quality. The big buffing "nano" cloth is really nice. I used it to buff out the fingerprints on the glass panels. This set was exactly what I needed.

The media could not be loaded. These dent pullers didn’t work well on my dryer, but the dent is partially on an angle, so that may be why. The suction popped off a little too easily. It’s hard putting enough pressure on the base while lifting the handle to lock the suction, hence the reduction in stars. They do feel decently built, I didn’t feel like they were going to break at any time. I would have preferred a small, medium, and large instead of 2 small ones, as the size difference between small and large is pretty significant. Rather than a couple sponges and a cloth, I’d prefer a suction cup that was stronger, and another size option.

I used one of the smaller suction cups to pull out a dented area on the rear quarter panel of my car. It worked well and I was able to restore a large portion of the dent. There was an area around a contoured, or slightly bent region of the panel that could not be fixed, as was expected. I also used both small cups to lift a new 6-gallon water heater out of the box it came in. But I don't know how long they can be expected to hold before losing their grip, so I don't feel really comfortable about using them for lifting things.

The ONE NiCE Dent Puller set has a learning curve if you have never used a dent puller previously like me. Review videos and online instructions before attempting to use. It does not come with any printed instructions. For the price it is worth a try if you have a dent or two that are not creased. I think the warming before use is definitely a must. I attempted it the first time on pretty cold day without looking at any instructions and I was pretty disappointed at first. Once I warmed the area and placed the puller correctly, it worked like a charm.

I ordered this on a whim. I have a dented range vent hood. It wasn't too big, but it was very obvious. I couldn't press the dent out from the opposite side, but the small suction cup from this kit was strong enough to pull most of the dent out so it's almost unnoticeable now. I'm happy with the result.
