This is a must tool for performing any type of plastic body repairs on cars. This tool works so fast and it’s extremely easy to use, I was literally having fun using this because I just thought something this easy to use couldn’t also be this exciting haha. So, I got this to fix some bins and drawers in a refrigerator. The company wants a crazy amount of money for brand new ones. So, I bought this thing to hopefully fix them. Once you get the hang of it, it works very well. And the drawers are now rock solid whereas they formally had a giant crack in them before. I'm very happy with this product. It's actually kind of incredible how quickly it can heat up a staple that you can melt into plastic. This thing has saved me a lot of money already in fixing those refrigerator shelves.

I can't comment on the longevity as I've only used it for one task thus far. But for that task it worked great! I flipped my SxS leaving a huge crack/gap for a span of about two feet long my rear inner quarter panel. I pulled it together closing the gap and used this about every two inches and has held up well.

I'm restoring a 1996 Ram so i decided to get this to fix the broken plastic under the dash. But while installing the new front bumper trim it cracked on me cause nothing ever fits the same as like new. I figured I'd give it a shot and fix it rather than spending another 100 bucks on a peice of plastic. After i stitched it back up its very sturdy. I put alittle more stitches than it probably needed but I wanted to make sure it was strong!
