This is a very sweet unit! So far, it is working very well keeping temperature. Its small size makes it very unassuming, and it is also very quiet. My only quibble is that there is no place other than the bottom of the freezer that will accommodate standard ice trays. This isn't much of a bother in the end, though. I bought this unit because the freezer on my refrigerator was on the blink. Now that this has been remedied, I no longer need to keep ice trays in this little freezer. I was very happy with this freezer until the gasket got molded, after two years only. I thought that was a fairly easy issue to solve. I contacted customer service to change it. All I needed from them was the reference number for the item, I was willing to pay for the replacement. I’ve been in touch with them for six months, spending so much time in back and forth, and they’re unable to give me the reference number, which is what I need to order the new piece. Ive been to many local stores as well, but without the reference number none can help… I’ve been unable to use his freezer for months now, and basically I am told to throw it away and buy a new one, just because the customer service is unable to assist with this very basic request. I’m pretty disappointed, as you shouldn’t have to throw away a perfectly functioning freezer just because of a gasket…. This doesn’t make any sense. I love this freezer. It arrived right on time, the size fits perfectly in my dining room. It holds so much stuff because it is very deep. Also, I setup this freezer up in like 5 minutes. The hardest thing to do was get it out the box. It is so easy to use and gets cold really fast.

Decent depth and freezing power. Might hold a decent sized turkey, three with some creative butchering. It keeps my dog's special food frozen just fine. It doesn't have lasers, so that's always 1 star off.
