Don't buy these unless you want to develop a cooking addiction.
The best part about this entire line of pans is that they don't have that annoying rivet that food gets caked around on the inside of the pan, this line is completely smooth welded. These pots & pans cooks better than any that I have ever used. They are a little heavy for a stainless steel pan but far less heavy than the cast iron I've used before. I love how I can switch from stovetop to oven instantly since it is so versatile. These distribute heat so well that when I cook a steak on them the whole thing comes out even, even if I don't center the pan on the burner. Then just a little soap and water and they are clean again. I liked these so much that I ended up buying the entire line of options for full versatility and they look great together in my kitchen.

Nothing ever sticks!
Size: 6-pc
Color: Stainless Steel
The Demelere set of pots and pans that I have purchased are BY FAR the best investment, ever! They are worth every dollar. If you season" the pan, nothing will stick. Ever. These are heavy pots and pans which heat up and distribute heat evenly. The shine is incredible I am buying a stainless steel hanging rack., just to display this beautiful cookware!! Be sure to turn the heat off early, as the food most always will finish cooking itself. Also quick cleanups are a snap. I could not be more pleased. Have no hesitation. Purchase this cookware. YOU are worth it!

Finally got my pans❤️
Love and would make a great weapon. Heavy and well made.

Well Made but Heavy and Require Special Care
Very well made. They are beautiful pots and pans. Great to cook in, but you will want to use silicone heat-resistant kitchen utensils (e.g., spatula) so you don’t scratch them. To clean, you can use dish soap, vinegar or Bar Keepers liquid cleanser. Don’t use a Comet-like powder cleanser, which will scratch. While I love these pots and pans, I do think caring for them is a bit difficult. These pots and pans are also really heavy. Wish they were a little lighter. For small pots and pans, the heavy weight isn’t a big deal, but for larger items, you will need to lift with two hands. Perfect for using on an induction range. Heats and cooks food nicely. Love that these pots and pans don’t have rivets, which are always hard to clean around. No rivets is what attracted me most to this product.

Quality you can't beat. The greatest cooking set on the market. Will last you a lifetime. And yes its heavy but thats what you get when there are 7 layers of steel.

This cookware is worth it.
Size: 6-pc
Color: Stainless Steel
Well I have been using this cookware almost everyday. I do understand that is can be heavy but the durability is great. It is very easy to clean. I just use the instructions provided. The heat distribution of the cookware is nice. I made homemade barbeque sauce and slow cooked it for a few hours while I added ingredients to great layers of flavors. Then I can the sauce and no burning of the ingredients. This cookware is expensive and heavy but I do know I will never replace it and I will be able to pass it on.

The hype over Demeyere being “professional” cookware is just that…hype.
Size: 6-pc
Color: Stainless Steel
Do yourself a huge favor and leave this cookware to the professionals. Way…way…too heavy for most people. You really would need to be an extra large person who has strong arms to handle these pots and pans with food inside. In fact I would say they are very dangerous to use. No one should have to struggle with the difficulty of maneuvering this cookware with extremely hot ingredients inside. We just sold our entire set online and bought a reasonable cookware set. I do not see any difference at all in any food I have cooked using the new set. The hype over Demeyere being “professional” cookware is just that…hype.
