What I like most about this step stool is that there is a full step to step on. My experience with many others is that the steps are too narrow to feel comfortable. This step stool is easy to open and safe to step on. The slim line after folding up, makes it easy to store.

I would have given a perfect five stars if it were not for a couple things. 1. I am a big dude but under the weight limit. When on the 3rd step there is some side to side movement. Not a lot but enough to make you be more careful. 2. It is great there is a lock so it can stay open when moving it, but the release could be better designed to make it more convenient.
