We have been using this bucket for about 5 months total. The paint has begun peeling off the sides because of the hot ash. It has been a great bucket but I’m pretty disappointed on how poorly it is holding up.

This item is perfect for those who have fireplaces and want to have a place to but the ashes and embers close by the fireplace. The handy shovel included rests well on the side of the can and the top fits well. Handle works great and the item is sturdy and very useful.

This was perfect for what I needed it for. I have a new wood stove and I needed a ash bucket. Absolutely perfect and lightweight although strong metal. Also, when a too big log caught and I couldn't get out in the stove I was able to put it in the can and get it outside! It was on fire and I couldn't carry it! ... show more

Bucket is sturdy... shovel is sturdy.. but if there are ANY hot ashes at all and you stick the shovel in there it does take the paint right off the shovel... so the shovel is coated (not happy about that) other than that it is a good product

It is a nice bucket, well made, but the lid does not fit tightly. I wanted a bucket with a tight lid that I could put embers in without worrying about them coming if it gets a little windy. I will have to make some adjustments to make this lid fit tight.

This has made cleaning my grill before use very easy. Use a small kitchen trash bag in it. Good size. Looks nice so not an eyesore.
