After spending days researching all the different faucets for one that has an extendable hose to reach further, I decided on this Delta Antoni faucet for ONE specific reason.... because an Delta rep, Skyler, answered two consumer questions "Does this hose pull out and extend longer than what's in the picture?" Skyler answered twice: "The Delta Faucet model 18803-SP-DST Antoni™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Spotshield Stainless has a 20-in. retractable hose. We recommend ensuring that the hose is free and no supply lines are interfering with it, as well as any additional items that may be under the sink." THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! The hose is fixed inside the spring neck and cannot be extended or retracted from it's fixed length, only bent down to reach a bit further. Skyler needs to learn the products better and stop handing out bogus answers. Now I have to return it and start my search over. ... show more

We have an open concept kitchen and I really wanted a great faucet when we remodeled our countertops. This one fit the bill. I’ve not purchased a faucet on Amazon before. That’s usually an in-store purchase for me. But I am glad I took the chance. The color works well with my stainless sink and appliances and my brushed nickel disposal button next to it, along with the brushed nickel cabinet handles. No leaks after 30 days. I really liked the warranty on this. I used an inferior product that resembled this faucet and had nothing but problems. This went on with zero complications and functions beautifully. The island in the home where it is installed is the focal point of the open concept and we wanted this to be the centerpiece of the island and to shout out high end, it does exactly that. Everyone has complimented the faucet and asked where and how much. The how much is usually a downer, but the warranty covers the purchase hesitation. Installation was easy compared to other faucets I’ve installed. No leaks. I like the height too. Only issue is that when set to spray mode, when water pressure is on high the streams are so quick that I get splatter on counter top when finding things. It’s been a few months (3 months) after our purchase and install. So far everything is working well and no issues. The faucet is a beautiful upgrade to our kitchen and we love it. I do wish the instructions were better or if someone could post an instructional video that would be even better. This faucet is perfect in every way. The spray reaches every area of my large sink. Easy to install, easy to operate, well made, and attractive. Faucet swings to the side when needed or stays midline (see pics). It’s a substantial faucet so may not work with small sinks/kitchen area.
