Reliable so far, sturdy and quick. When I have music files playing from it and simultaneously save a spreadsheet or Word doc it sometimes 'blanks' the music until the file is saved (half second). Not a big deal, but..!!?? Still would recommend as capacity, size, and value match the reliability. I guess I had it for a month- if it fails in the future, I'll update this.

I just got this to replace an external drive that I've been using for 20 years. All the data went into it smoothly, and I was able to pull things up in the files that I moved over, so I'm happy. New laptop, new external drive. And this one's sturdy enough that I hope it will last me 20 more years, by which point I'll be 86. I love the orange color; it makes it very distinctive from other external drives others may have, and I've been able to put my address sticker on it as well so that if I have to have it in a room with friends' computers nobody will be able to question whether or not it's mine. Perfect for what it needed to do. Only problem I had wasn't at all the fault of the storage device, but having both the storage device and a wireless connector to headphones plugged into the back USB ports cause connection problems with the headphones cause the PS5 wasn't able to send enough power to the headphone connector for some reason. Primarily a PS5 flaw tho. Getting an adapter (cause my PS5 only has USB-C ports in the front) and plugging the headphone connector into the front of the console fixed the issue and it's been working perfectly ever since.

It has decent capacity and doesn't make much noise. Sometimes it glitches , and you have to plug it in again to put stuff on it though. It doesn't weigh very much and you can fit it in a pocket if you need to. It fits well into the USB port of your computer with its cable. It works fast enough I think.
