Contacted Della customer service and they sent me a replacement unit, but UPS mishandled the package and I did not receive replacement unit. I love the System, it really works really nice. I like the fact that you can control it with the cell phone, It is a smart system so it will tell you things like your filter is dirty. Needs to be clean.. I love how it looks Also, it requires only a 25 amp Compared to my old unit with a compressor drawing 30 A and the inside unit drawing 50 amp not comparison at all, so I expect big savings on the electric bill The only downside is that it only comes with 16 foot lines, but I made my own lines but you need to have a flaring tool and fittings and of course after you vacuum need to add Refrigerant but I’m highly satisfied with this unit ... show more

Everything worked as it should, install wasn't to default however you must vacuum the lines and change for leaks before releasing the freon. I've done 4 units so far in 3 years with no issues. Not a fan of the 12k unit though temps don't seem to be spot on but still does the job. We've used the units down to 17 degrees here in NY and held up well. ... show more

Flaw

So I bought the 36k btu system three 9k head units and an 18k head unit they work great but there is one major downfall so in heat mode all the units go up in btu a couple thousand what it doesn’t tell you is if you have them all on in strong mode it can’t run them all as the outside unit is rated for 36k Btu but in heat mode it pushes 50k so a major flaw don’t see how it can be sold as this is not great in middle of winter and fighting this out ... show more
