Everything worked as it should, install wasn't to default however you must vacuum the lines and change for leaks before releasing the freon. I've done 4 units so far in 3 years with no issues. Not a fan of the 12k unit though temps don't seem to be spot on but still does the job. We've used the units down to 17 degrees here in NY and held up well. ... show more

Received 4 zone mini split bundle but had one faulty indoor unit. Contacted Della customer service and they sent me a replacement unit, but UPS mishandled the package and I did not receive replacement unit. Ordered this for mobile home that had a failing ac unit and outrageous power bill, during the summer extreme heat when the real feel was 100+ temp would be 90 inside, after installing this unit inside temp is a constant 73 and the power bill has dropped about half Best price out there, easy to install works great After installing this, my brother was so impressed he purchased one for his mobile home because he was suffering from high bills and too hot, he received the same results, very impressive I would recommend this product to anyone I am planning on purchasing a unit for myself ... show more
