Great price for a quick, functional computer system. Bought this for an additional system for the kids to do remote learning on. It works great for that. I only have a few issues with it. 1: The monitor we got was DOA. No picture, no menu, nothing, probably a bad backlight imo as it did power and turn from orange to green, recognizing an input. I contacted tech support and they got me a shipping label to throw it back in the box to get a replacement. We got the replacement, an identical unit and it works great. 2: The performance of the wifi/bluetooth card is abysmal. It performs like a wireless B card from 20 years ago. I'm one room away from the router and get 3mbps. Phone, Xbox, laptop, all over 100mbps in the same spot. I updated the drivers and reinstalled it to a different port. No improvement. I replaced it with an actual wifi card and have no problems anymore. It will work, but it's slow. Be prepared to buy a decent wifi card. 3: The stand on the monitor. If it's the same monitor and stand they send all the time, be prepared to buy a wall mount or universal stand. The stand they send isn't wall mountable and if you set it on a desk, it sets the monitor at an angle almost flat with the desk. Maybe these were used for kiosks in retail or something, but they are not for any type of normal use. ... show more

This order was not anything like I expected. It was dirty and pretty badly beat up, looked like a piece was broken off the back of it. The keyboard was very sticky and dirty. I sent it back within hours of receiving it. I understand that refurbished things may have some scratches here and there. It was clear the product that was sent was not taken care of. This is one of my worst purchases from Amazon. From day one this computer was loud and started to make a lot of noises. The monitor looks nothing like the photo it is 11 years old.
